At Nitya Jewellery, each piece is handcrafted with utmost care and undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch. As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless there is a major defect in the product.

Defective or Damaged Items

In the rare event that you receive a defective item:

• Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
• The item must be returned to us in its original condition and packaging.
• Once we receive and inspect the product, we will verify the issue and inform you of the next steps.

We reserve the right to decline returns if the product shows signs of usage, damage due to mishandling, or if the claim is not raised within the stipulated time.
